Olympia Remodeling Co.

This week, we’re excited to bring you updates from the field! At the Multanen-Karr job site, tile work is progressing steadily as we continue with the bathroom remodel. Meanwhile, we’ve just completed a deck repair at the Walsh house, making their outdoor space safe and ready to enjoy once again. Plus, be sure to check out our Design Spotlight below for some creativity and inspiration!

Multanen-Karr Project:

The shower waterproofing is officially complete, so we’ve moved on to the exciting part—installing a stunning combination of large-format terrazzo tiles with a sleek glass perimeter border. Next up, we’ll be installing the shower glass and plumbing fixtures to bring the whole look to life. Stay tuned for the final reveal!

Walsh Project:

With the small window of good weather we had last week, we hopped over to the Walsh house to complete a deck repair for this client who recently had a tree fall and cause some damage. We’re always happy to step in and get things fixed up, making outdoor spaces safe, functional, and enjoyable again. Now, their deck is back in top shape—just in time for sunnier days ahead!

Design Spotlight

This week, we’re embracing a bit of rustic charm with this cowboy chic bathroom design. Starting with a plaid inspired wallpaper and distressed black floor tiles to ground the space with a cozy down-to-earth feel. We then added a marble look mosaic and gold plumbing fixtures to incorporate a few luxurious finishes. The stained wood vanity with fluted cabinet doors adds texture and warmth, while the glass sconces and decorative mirror incorporate some much needed light, airy elegance. Last but not least, we added an axis hide rug that ties the western elements together with a modern twist. It’s the perfect blend of rugged and refined!
